A Four-Year Strategy Tailored for a Select Few—Limited to Just 20 Families per Year

Comprehensive Strategic Planning represents SQSP’s deepest level of commitment. Each family is supported by a dedicated team of seven to eight specialists over a four-year journey, guided by a long-term perspective that extends far beyond university admission. We can only serve 20 families each year—not as a marketing tactic, but because that is the maximum number we can support with the depth and care every family deserves.

Every Student Is Unique. Every Application Should Be Too.

There is no universal formula for university admissions. We take the time to understand each student’s strengths, interests, aspirations, and story, then build an application strategy that reflects who they truly are. The goal is not simply to secure admission, but to find the right university and pathway for them.

We don’t just help students reach the destination. We walk the journey with them.

University admission is only one milestone in a much bigger journey. We stay alongside students as they navigate university life, discover opportunities, develop real-world skills, and prepare for their future. Our role is to provide guidance, perspective, and support at every important step along the way.

We intentionally limit our service to 20 families each year so every student receives the time, attention, and expertise they deserve. Each family is supported by a carefully curated team dedicated to their unique journey, ensuring personalised guidance, meaningful relationships, and exceptional care at every step.

Eligibility Review Process

This process is designed with purpose: to help SQSP understand your family, while also helping you understand what we can offer. The review is not intended to screen you out, but to determine whether

Submit the Family Background Form

Approximately 20–25 minutes. Please complete the form carefully, as the quality of your answers will affect the review outcome. It covers the student’s: Current grade level Current curriculum Academic performance Extracurricular activities Intended field of study English proficiency Singapore residency status

Internal Review by a Three-Member SQSP Panel

The review will be completed within 5–7 working days after submission. The review panel consists of: Cissy Tang — Final Decision-Maker One Senior Full-Service Programme Advisor One Team Review Representative

The interview will be conducted via video conference, and both the student and parent must attend. It will be personally led by Cissy Tang. This is the only standard stage of the full-service review process in which Cissy participates personally. The discussion covers: The student’s self-introduction An in-depth discussion of the family’s educational values

It covers the student’s grade level, current curriculum, academic performance, extracurricular activities, intended field of study, English proficiency, and Singapore residency status.

After joining NTU, I realised that engineering is not just about learning formulas and theories. Many courses require us to design, test, and solve problems through hands-on work. With guidance from SQSP mentors, I planned ahead and participated in an engineering-related internship, where I applied classroom knowledge to a real-world project for the first time. This experience also helped me identify the field I would like to explore further.

During my studies at SMU, I particularly enjoyed its discussion-based and practical learning environment. Through various group projects, I continuously strengthened my communication and teamwork skills. Soon after enrolment, the school also guided us in improving our résumés and planning our internships. These experiences helped me successfully begin my career in Singapore’s financial industry after graduation.
